What types of vehicles can I import from China?
We source all types of vehicles including electric vehicles (EVs), sedans, SUVs, pickup trucks, commercial vehicles, and buses. Both new energy vehicles and traditional fuel vehicles are available from Chinese and international brands manufactured in China.
What documents are required for export?
Standard export documents include the vehicle title, export license, commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading. We handle all documentation on the Chinese side. You’ll need to handle import documentation on your country’s side.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by destination. Typical transit times: Middle East (15-25 days), Africa (20-35 days), Russia/Central Asia (10-20 days), Southeast Asia (7-15 days). Door-to-door delivery adds 5-10 days for inland transport and customs clearance.
Can I order a single vehicle?
Yes! We handle both single-unit and bulk orders. For single vehicles, we can arrange container shipping or Ro-Ro (roll-on/roll-off) vessel transport. We’ll recommend the most cost-effective option based on your destination.
Do you inspect vehicles before shipping?
Absolutely. Every vehicle undergoes a comprehensive inspection before export. We check mechanical condition, exterior/interior quality, documentation, and ensure compliance with your destination country’s import requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept wire transfers (T/T), letters of credit (L/C) for larger orders, and other internationally recognized payment methods. Payment terms are typically 30% deposit upon order, 70% before shipment.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Our primary markets include the Middle East, Central Asia, Russia, Africa, and Southeast Asia. If you’re unsure about your country, contact us and we’ll check.
What about after-sales service and spare parts?
We can supply spare parts for all vehicles we export. For Chinese brand vehicles, parts are readily available and affordable. For international brands manufactured in China, parts availability is excellent.
